Real Estate Accounting & SEC Reporting Leadership Opportunity | NYC

This is an outstanding opportunity for a CPA with a strong foundation in SEC reporting, technical accounting, and financial reporting who is looking to move into a highly visible role supporting a sophisticated real estate investment business.

The position offers exposure to:

• SEC reporting, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and 8-Ks

• Technical accounting research and accounting policy matters

• Complex real estate and investment transactions

• Quarterly and annual audits

• Executive, board, and investor reporting

• Cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Tax, Legal, Investor Relations, and senior leadership
