Assistant Cook

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Assistant Cook to join our team in a fast-paced, small kitchen environment. This position is ideal for someone who works cleanly, efficiently, and can handle multiple tasks during service.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Operate kitchen equipment safely in an all-electric kitchen
• Assist with food prep, portioning, and station setup
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas
• Restock inventory and communicate low stock items
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
• Work collaboratively with front and back of house team members

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
• Ability to work in a small, fast-paced kitchen environment
