Assistant Cook

Responsibilities

• Assist the chef and kitchen team with daily food preparation
• Prepare ingredients including chopping vegetables, portioning proteins, and preparing sauces
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
• Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure consistency
• Assist during service with station setup and execution
• Ensure proper food storage and follow food safety standards
• Support kitchen operations including receiving deliveries and organizing inventory
