Assistant cook

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant Cook specializing in Indian Muslim cuisine to support our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic dishes and be passionate about maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in preparing traditional Indian Muslim dishes (e.g., biryani, curries, prata, Murtabak, etc.) Perform food preparation tasks such as cutting, marinating, grinding, and cooking Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen Follow food safety regulations and kitchen procedures Assist in inventory management and stock rotation Support daily kitchen operations and teamwork
