**Description:**

The City of Chicago Department of Law is seeking an attorney for the position of Assistant Corporation Counsel (“ACC”) in the Aviation, Environmental, Regulatory & Contracts Division (“AERC”) Division. AERC handles a wide range of transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters in areas such as aviation, procurement, public utilities, intellectual property, data sharing, and environmental protection.

This ACC, working under the general supervision of the Deputy Corporation Counsel, Chief Assistant Corporation Counsel, and Supervising ACCs, will represent and counsel the Chicago Department of Aviation (“CDA”) regarding a wide range of transactional, and regulatory matters related to O’Hare and Midway International Airports.
