Assistant Crane Service Department

We are looking for a Crane Department Assistant to support service coordination, spare parts management, and maintenance activities for crane operations. The role involves close coordination with site teams, service technicians, stores, and purchase departments to ensure smooth crane service operations and timely documentation. Key Responsibilities 1. Site Coordination & Service Support Coordinate with site supervisors, operators, and service technicians for preventive maintenance and breakdown services. Act as the point of contact between site teams and the service department. Track pending service jobs and ensure timely closure. 2. Spare Parts & Inventory Coordination Follow up with purchase and stores for availability and delivery of spare parts. Raise indents for critical spares based on site requirements.
