Assistant Data Analyst

Assistant Data Analyst – Adults, Health and Integration Directorate, Transformation Service. This role supports the redesign and modernization of local social care services by analysing performance and financial data to inform strategy and operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the collection, tracking and reporting of operational and financial metrics within the social care portfolio.
• Maintain and update interactive dashboards using tools such as Qlik or Looker Studio to provide senior leadership with a clear view of departmental trends.
• Identify data discrepancies, recommend process improvements and develop self‑service reporting tools to empower staff.
• Ensure accurate reporting of outcomes and cost‑avoidance benefits for social care services.
