Assistant Director (Digital Strategy & Transformation - Business)

What the role is:

You are responsible for driving MINDEF/SAF's digital strategy and roadmap to advance the organisation's digital maturity. On this, you scale agile practices across the organisation, incorporate emerging technologies and industry best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and determine the return on investment for digital initiatives.

What you will be working on:

• Serve as the focal point between the digital office, business domain owners, and Business Digitalisation Offices to ensure priorities, investments, and solution options are aligned to the enterprise direction.
• Drive digital transformation across HR, Finance, Logistics and Medical domains, partnering domain stakeholders to achieve measurable business outcomes and enterprise‑wide synergy.
