Assistant Director

Embrace Life Child Care is looking for a Assistant Director to join our team at our child care center in Edwards, IL. The Assistant Director will be under the direct supervision of the Center Director and will be responsible for assisting with the following responsibilities: ensuring the center stays in compliance with all licensing standards and Head Start standards, maintaining the proper staffing structure and ratios, providing the teaching staff with proper guidance and leadership, supporting students development and learning, providing families a high quality experience, and maintaining good communication with the center's executive team. The Assistant Director will be in a classroom most of the time, and assist the Center Director with administrative functions on an as needed basis.
