The Assistant Director, Enforcement Policy, develops enforcement policies, frameworks, and procedures, and maintains controlled documentation.[What you will be working on]
- Formulate and implement enforcement policies and legislative proposals
- Present enforcement policy proposals and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
- Develop enforcement strategies that improve the authority's enforcement capabilities and effectiveness
- Conduct research and analysis on enforcement issues to support policy development and operational effectiveness
- Assist in developing and reviewing enforcement workflows and standard operating procedures
- Establish and maintain knowledge management systems and documentation processes to preserve institutional knowledge and promote operational consistency
