(What the role is) As the planning and development arm for community engagement of the People's Association, the Engagement Group initiates, plans and develops community engagement policies and programmes to support national agenda for social development (e.g., integration, health, sustainability, purposeful ageing, social mixing, emergency preparedness, etc.) so as to foster a vibrant, caring and united Singapore. Assistant Director (Forward Planning) will assist Deputy Director (Forward Planning) to support Group Director (Engagement) in developing PA's engagement strategies that are future-ready and responsive to the changing operating context in our community and PA.
