What the role is:
About IPOS’ Human Capital Department: The Human Capital Department, working closely with IPOS International’s HR team, supports IPOS Group to attract, develop, nurture and retain talent in support of IPOS Group’s organisational goals.
About IPOS International (II): IPOS International is a wholly‑owned subsidiary of IPOS, supporting Singapore’s future growth as a global hub for intellectual property (IP) creation, commercialisation and management.
What you will be working on:- Lead the planning and implementation of IPOS Group‑wide learning and capability development strategy and annual roadmap, informed by business priorities, learning needs analysis and employee engagement insights.
