Opportunity Description
The Assistant Director, Human Resources (AD HR), Ambulatory & Specialty Division of Health Medical Centre is the most senior HR practitioner embedded within the division and serves as the day-to-day HR Business Partner to the Head of the Ambulatory & Specialty Division and the divisional leadership team. The role is accountable for the operational and semi-tactical execution of the people agenda across the division’s ambulatory and specialty service platforms.
The AD HR operates in close partnership with the Head, Ambulatory & Specialty Division, and works alongside Group HR, HMI, as part of an integrated HR support model for the division. On strategic HR matters — including multi-year people strategy, specialist JV partnership, reward design, and senior succession — the Division Head is supported directly by Group HR, with the AD HR contributing divisional insight and leading execution at divisional level.
