Assistant Director of Engineering

JOB SUMMARY The Assistant Director of Engineering supports the Director of Engineering in overseeing the operation, maintenance, and sustainability of all hotel facilities, ensuring optimal performance, safety, regulatory compliance, and exceptional guest experience. This role is responsible for the efficient management of engineering operations across a large, complex luxury property comprising heritage and modern structures, multiple event venues, food &beverage outlets, and guest facilities. The position ensures compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements while driving asset protection, energy efficiency, and continuous improvement aligned with JW Marriott brand standards. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education& Experience Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
