Assistant Director of Environmental Services

**Job Description**

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for an Assistant Director of Environmental Services at Penn Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. The Assistant Director of Environmental Services (EVS) reports to the EVS Director and assists in leading the department. This position is responsible for developing and executing environmental services solutions to ensure all health and safety standards are met. Responsible for servicing and/or maintaining a physical location or site to client specifications.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Leads all aspects of Environmental Services operations while maintaining the established quality standards, safe operation and complete regulatory compliance by training, supervising, evaluating, and motivating assigned personnel in their work
+ Leads and develops the management team and ensures compliance with all Aramark Healthcare+ programs.
+ Ensure quality audits and inspections are completed according to standard.
