Assistant Director of Facilities

Tasks will include:

Responsible for the comprehensive management of campus operations, including hostel administration, outsourced services, transport, water and waste management systems, procurement of institutional supplies, and overall wellbeing and discipline on campus. Ensures a safe, clean, and well-managed environment for students, faculty, and staff.

Outsourcing Management

• Oversee the functioning of outsourced services such as security, housekeeping, gardening, landscaping/softscape, and hostel maintenance.
• Ensure performance tracking, contract adherence, and quality assurance of service delivery.

Campus Supervision

• Monitor and uphold cleanliness, order, and discipline across academic, administrative, and residential zones.
