Day Rate: £700–£800 per day
The OpportunityWe are looking for a senior HR leader to take on the role of Assistant Director – Reward & Recognition, leading the pay, reward, and job evaluation process across a major organisation. This is a pivotal position, responsible for delivering a fair,pliant and sustainable Reward & Recognition strategy, aligned to financial and organisational priorities.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of the organisation-wide Reward & Recognition strategy
  • Oversee job evaluation, equal pay risk and rewardernance frameworks
  • Provide expert leadership on pay policy,pliance and employment legislation
