Assistant Director Rehabilitation Services

Job Summary:


Under the direction of the Rehabilitation Services Director, assumes administrative responsibility for rehabilitation services (e.g., Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology for inpatient and outpatient services). Provides input into planning, organizing, budgeting and reporting to achieve consistency and a high level of member satisfaction of services throughout the Facility and/or Service Area.

Essential Responsibilities:


+ Supports the Director in the development of rehabilitation services programs that identify and meet member needs. Identifies and implements strategies to reduce costs and improve quality of service. Supports operations within the department to assure consistency, including implementation of new services, clinical practices and initiatives.
