Assistant Director

Reporting to the Acting Director, InternalAudit Unit (IAU), you will be overseeing the business process integrated auditsand IT system audits on the WSG operations to ensure robust governance, riskmanagement and internal controls within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
. Develop risk-based audit plans thatare align with organisational priorities, emerging risks and regulatoryrequirement
. Lead and oversee in-house audits toidentify control gaps and recommend improvement to business process audits
. Supervise outsourced and co-sourcedaudits conducted by the appointed service provider, monitor their performanceand ensure quality outcomes
. Supervise staff's follow-up to verifyimplementation of past audit recommendations
. Ensure proper documentation andconclusion on the results of audit tests and overall effectiveness of controls,adhering to internal guidelines
