ASSISTANT DIRECTOR: TRANSVERSAL RISK MANAGEMENT Reference Number: REFS/ Number of Posts: 2 Package: R per annum, plus benefits Requirements A three‑year tertiary qualification Degree (NQF level 7) as recognised by SAQA in Risk Management, Accounting, Finance or Auditing. 3‑5 years of experience in the Risk Management or Risk‑based Auditing field as an administrator. A valid driver’s licence. Membership of the Institute of Risk Management of South Africa (IRMSA) is an advantage. Duties Provide inputs in the development and review of the Risk Management Framework, guidelines and operational standards/procedures. Support the rollout of Combined Assurance and conduct research and benchmark best practices. Monitor and assess risk management implementation in departments and municipalities.
