Assistant Director/Senior Assistant Director (Finance Policy & Analytics)

As an integral member of our Finance team, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for centrally driving finance policy reviews, analytics initiatives and transformation efforts. You will also oversee and manage MND’s budget and resourcing strategies, and coordinate MND Family level financial returns.

• Lead finance policy reviews (e.g. budget management, fixed asset management and fees & charges) to improve governance while balancing risk and gain efficiencies (e.g. formulate policies, SOPs, best practices and guidelines/templates)
• Provide timely advice and support on finance policies and procedures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative and strategic initiatives to drive higher finance service standards (e.g. data analytics, digitalise workflow, support system enhancements, adopt automation and machine learning)
