Assistant Estate Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure execution of daily field operations in accordance with work programs, monitor field performance against FFB yield, productivity, and quality targets, and report deviations to the Estate Manager.
• Support the Estate Manager in the preparation and monitoring of the estate annual budget, ensuring expenditures are within approved limits.
• Assist in monitoring and controlling operational costs by ensuring efficient use of labour, materials, and resources in line with the budget.
• Ensure proper implementation of agronomic practices in accordance with Agronomist recommendations and monitor field conditions to ensure effectiveness of execution.
