Help manage the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Rooms & Suites. Conducts daily briefings and attend meetings Help provide management and supervision to the Housekeeping Rooms & Suites Team Members on all shifts. Check VIP rooms prior to check in and in-house. Ensure that the requirements of VIP arrivals and in-house guests are managed well. Ensures turndown services are done in accordance to Marina Bay Sands standard. Handles all complaints and guest surveys pertaining to housekeeping service. Ensure that Housekeeping leaderships are kept fully aware of all feedback from either guests or other departments. Conducts regular inspections of rooms ensuring standards of cleanliness is maintained at all times. Ensure that the turnaround of the “House Status” is timely
