Responsibilities
- Support the management and delivery of SG Cares programme-funded initiatives, ensuring all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners and volunteers, using various engagement platforms.
- Assist in the planning and execution of volunteer recognition and engagement activities to foster a positive, motivated volunteer base.
- Support in the assessment and planning for the charity’s volunteer manpower needs, identifying required skills and competencies.
- Ensure volunteers are equipped with the necessary training and resources to fulfil their roles effectively.
- Identify and cultivate potential sources of volunteers, managing volunteer enquiries and addressing feedback to ensure a seamless, supportive volunteer experience.
