Job Description

- Oversee and manage overall factory operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics
- Develop and implement production plans to meet company targets for cost, quality, and delivery
- Lead and supervise local staff, including team leaders and supervisors, ensuring effective workforce management
- Improve operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., cost reduction, productivity improvement)
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
- Coordinate with headquarters and other departments regarding production strategies and reporting
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, KPIs, and performance metrics
