We're Hiring: Assistant Field Sales (Contractual)

Requirements:
Diploma / B.Sc. in Agriculture or relevant agricultural background
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Knowledge of soil science, crop nutrition, fertilizers, and organic matter
Willingness to travel within agricultural areas
Strong communication skills and fluency in local languages/dialects
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve fertilizer sales targets
Conduct field trials and product demonstrations
Support farmer engagement and technical sales activities
Monitor crops and collect field data
Gather farmer feedback and support market development
