Assistant Finance Manager
Job Description
- Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities in timely and accurate manner
- Prepare management reports, financial statements, and cash flow forecasts for management review
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory requirement
- Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, banker, company secretary and regulatory authorities
- Manage SST/GST, corporate tax submissions and statutory filling
- Monitor cash flow and treasury functions to ensure sufficient working capital
- Review and improve accounting processes, financial controls and operational efficiencies
