Assistant Finance Manager

A European Logistics Company is Looking for an Assistant Finance Manager (based in Klang)

Your new role

As the Assistant Finance Manager, you will be in charge of:

  • Manage daily accounting activities: Issue Official Receipts (OR) and Payment Vouchers (PV). Oversee cash flow and bank balances
  • Review and approve expenses and vendor payments
  • Lead collections by reviewing the AR Ageing Report
  • Handle intercompany settlements (cash netting)
  • Audit and manage operation closing
  • Produce, analyse, and present closing reports to the Regional Finance Manager
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and IOPs
