Assistant Finance Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities To handle full sets accounts and well versed in all accounting/financial functions of the group To assist in directing the preparation of regular reports of group cash flow, profit and loss, debtors and creditors, sales and capital expenditure including the preparation of related management information materials and strictly comply with the group policy for the timeline of month end accounts closing.
To prepare and analyze annual group budget To assist in the preparation of the Group consolidated accounts To liaise with bankers on Group Bank Facilities Matters To manage and review the company tax compliance process ie. tax estimation, tax computation, coordinate and respond to income tax inquiries
To furnish information and reply to the customs enquiry promptly To liaise with external auditors in preparation for and during annual audits To liaise with the accounting software consultant and raise ticket, if any
