Assistant floor manager

The Role:

The Assistant Floor Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Floor Manager and Store Manager by overseeing floor operations, driving sales performance, maintaining operational discipline, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role is hands‑on and operational, requiring strong leadership presence on the floor while contributing to strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities Support the management of all floor departments to ensure optimal sales performance, stock availability, and high visual and operational standards. Assist in driving turnover, maximising gross profit, controlling expenses, and managing key operational ratios. Read, analyse, and interpret management and sales reports, identifying trends and taking corrective or growth‑focused action.
