Assistant General Manager Business Development

We are looking for a strong incumbent to drive sales for 3PL business focusing on warehousing in the region. The role is industry vertical agnostic and requires relationship development, obtaining opportunities and business closure. Enable lead generation for multiple industry segments Reach out to prospects across industry segments and share YCH capabilities Ensure deep connect with prospects through email/meetings Regularly conduct prospective client visits to YCH Operating locations in the region Gather market information to get active RFP/ RFQ in the 3PL space Once RFP is obtained, seek data from the prospect through sharing of questionnaires and data templates Conduct client site visits to get a better understanding of the product and its handling Prepare RFP details with support from procurement at HO Work with Reporting Manager to create a 3PL solution including infra, manpower, capex and opex calculations Conduct professional follow up with clients to get favorable business clo...
