Overview:

• A progressive and growing Northern California rice drying and storage facility is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join their team.


• This role supports the General Manager in directing the day-to-day operations of the primary business of rice drying and storage, in alignment with the policies and objectives set by the Board of Directors.
• The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in operational oversight, financial management, regulatory compliance, and workforce leadership.
• This position offers a clear leadership development pathway, and qualified candidates will be considered for future succession to the General Manager role based on demonstrated performance, leadership capabilities, and organizational needs.
