- Directly reports to the President / CEO
- Shall be responsible in managing the Sales Department and drive the team towards success
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and prepare accurate sales forecasts to guide the department’s activities and decision-making
- Optimize budget and resource allocation for the Sales Department
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets to support business growth
- Provide support and mentoring for Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to support efforts in building a strong and high-caliber Sales Team
