Assistant Head Sommelier: Elevate Wine & Guest Experience

Atlantis in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Head Sommelier for Ossiano to support the Head Sommelier in delivering exceptional wine services. This role includes managing wine ordering, cellar organization, and recommending wine pairings to enhance the guest dining experience.
