Assistant Home Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate the mission of The Arc Otsego in the performance of duties, focusing activities to follow Person Centered Planning and supporting outcomes of each person living in the home.
- Assist and support in the management and direction of all activities within the home.
- Oversight and supervision duties of all DSPs assigned to the home as required.
- Oversee and implement all agency policy and procedures.
- Complete approved Quality Assurance checks/Program System Reviews (PSR) as assigned to ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations and agency standards.
- Ensure staff training is complete, up to date and meets OPWDD and agency standards and guidelines. Ensure all staff training records are current in our training record keeping program.
- Review and ensure daily data and documentation standards are met. Provide ongoing training to staff on daily data documentation as need...
