To oversee daily operations (Concierge Counter, Client Centre, Pantry Area, Coffee Bar) To the floor in-charge person for on-site service operations Provide regular service training to team members To brief the team before each catering event Monitor the Pantry Attendants To co-ordinate and discuss with concerned parties for in-house catering event To provide suggestions on menu selection and floor setup with the organizer To allocate task and manpower for the team To review/arrange manpower for the operations if necessary To maintain good relationship with clients and feedback to the Hospitality Manager Work proactively with all the internal organizers to ensure smooth running of the event To prepare various reports for management To submit monthly catering records and consumption reports for management review To check function setup to ensure that they are made in accordance with client's requirement To check all office pantries cleanliness and tidiness with the client requirement To...
