Opportunity Description
5.1 JOB PURPOSE:
• To provide operational support for the management of the Information Communication Technology functions of the Agency.
5.2 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collect data for the formulation of ICT policies.
• Undertakes the maintenance and repair of ICT infrastructure and equipment of the Agency.
• Provides technical services for the management of the information systems.
• Installs ICT equipment and software of the Agency.
• Collect data for the development of effective and efficient ICT security systems.
• Collects input for the procurement of ICT equipment and services.
• Provides effective user support services in the Agency.
• Collects data for the preparation of annual work and budget for the Unit.
• Collects data for the preparation of annual and other periodic reports.
