**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:**
Executes the following operational activities and comply with OE/HES policy, standard and procedure:
+ Inventory management: Run Sales report in SAP to obtain volume by product, channel and customer. Perform meter log reconciliation by comparing meter log records vs SAP report, determine the reasons and justification for adjustment if required. Update FuelFacs on tank gauging reading, temperature, sale, receiving and density.
+ Liaise with hauler on daily truck availability / breakdowns / no ullage situation /revised ETA. Document all trucking issues – breakdowns, late delivery, customers’ complaints. Check and validate the man...
