We’re hiring an Assistant Kitchen Manager at Interfaith Sanctuary’s Mercy Kitchen.

At our Shelter Home, Mercy Kitchen serves as both a meal program and a hands-on training environment where guests build skills, confidence, and pathways toward employment.

We’re looking for a strong, dependable leader who can support daily kitchen operations while also mentoring and guiding others.

Key aspects of the role:

• Assist with meal preparation and service for shelter guests
• Support and coordinate staff, volunteers, and guest workers
• Help maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Provide guidance and training to individuals gaining kitchen experience
