NON HALAL LOUNGE / RESTAURANT Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the premium lounge.
Ensure excellent guest experience and maintain exceptional service standards.
Supervise, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily manpower requirements.
Handle guest feedback, enquiries, and complaints professionally.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate ordering when necessary.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with food hygiene standards.
Support marketing activities, events, and special promotions.
Work closely with management to achieve sales and operational targets.
Prepare daily operational reports and identify areas for improvement.
