Assistant Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing all maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs

• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians to ensure high performance and safety compliance

• Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and support production goals

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and equipment-related issues

• Partner with production and engineering teams to improve equipment efficiency and reliability

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and compliance documentation

• Support capital projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA and company policies
