Assistant Management Surveyor - Early Careers

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be part of a team delivering a full range of property management services across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties. A key feature of our programme is early and consistent client exposure—giving you the opportunity to build relationships and develop confidence in real-world settings from the outset.

You’ll also collaborate closely with our ESG, Facilities Management, Property Accounting, and Building Surveying teams, gaining broad exposure across disciplines. As part of the programme, you’ll earn your IOSH certificate and attend external events and forums.

Graduate pathways:

• RICS-accredited degree: 24-month programme designed to support you in completing the APC to become a chartered Surveyor
• Non-RICS accredited degree: 30-month programme designed to support you in completing an MSc in Commercial Real Estate and APC to become a chartered Surveyor....
