This role focuses on ensuring contractual KPIs are met, service quality is maintained, and performance issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and service providers to support governance, reporting, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of outsourced payment services.
