Lead the Team and assist Regional Manager in implementing better Extension Model for Farmer connect for CF. Ensuring identification and thereafter sustaining uninterrupted supplies of Potato for the plant – month wise / season wise. Identify / Create / Develop / Grow / Sustain new as well as existing Agro contract farming pockets Lead the Storage Modernization Agenda in the region assisting Regional Manager Ownership toward Agro key quality and quantity deliverables – CF and NCF buying within PIH specifications Lead the relationship building with local government officials, Mandi Boards office & administrative officers drawing strategic alliance for business & CF sustenance in state of West Bengal.
