Assistant Manager, AI Enablement

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager, AI Enablement for one of our global logistics clients. This person will drive the development of AI literacy, adoption and capability across the organisation. This role is responsible for designing and delivering initiatives that help employees understand, adopt and apply AI effectively in their work.

You will identify high-value business use cases, support citizen developers in building AI-enabled solutions, and measure the impact of AI on productivity and ways of working. This hybrid role combines programme design, change management, stakeholder engagement and practical knowledge of generative AI.
