Assistant Manager, Bancatakaful Business Development - Seremban (GETB)

Reports to the Head of Business Development in the Partnerships Department. This role is responsible for acquiring and servicing business from assigned financial institutions (based on geographic coverage or territory) to meet the department’s revenue and profit objectives, while consistently ensuring customer and business‑partner satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

Manages issues pertaining with back‑end processes to deliver what is expected from GETB to partners and customers in general.

Monitors the respective channel performance and qualification in all contests.

Prepares and implement all planned activities and visitation according to the requirements needed by the business channels.

Assists the business channel by providing information, customer service, participate in marketing activities and marketing support within the region.
