Assistant Manager- Banking and MIS

Purpose of the Role:

We are looking for detail-oriented finance professional with expertise in banking operations, MIS reporting, cash flow monitoring, and financial reconciliations. Skilled in SAP/ERP systems, financial reporting, large data analysis, and preparing insightful management reports. Adept at coordinating with banks, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulations, and supporting month-end closing and audit activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain strong working relationships with banks and financial institutions.
2. Coordinate with banks Loan documentation, Disbursements, BG/LC processing, New/Renewal of banking facilities, Compliance documentation
3. Prepare Monthly fund position reports and cash flow statements.
4. Track loan schedules, interest calculations, EMI payments, and covenant compliance.
