Opportunity Description
Job Responsibilities Operation Direct and lead Building Management team for works to be carried out in accordance with requirements and ensure no service disruptions and delays. Implement periodical inspections to identify and address any building anomalies and defects in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Supervise and ensure works carried out are complying with OHS regulations, building safety standards, regulatory and contractual requirements. Manage service requests and faults to ensure timely response and closure. Search and evaluate new technologies that can improve productivity and achieve better cost efficiency. Coordinate with car park users, tenants on all parking matters and handle all enquires on car park related matters. Manage the sales, renewal, termination, and programming of season parking permit. Daily settlement report checks for hourly parking (NETS & LTA) and monthly reconciliation on NETS and LTA settlement vs actual bank statement receipts. Liaise with carpark s...
