Assistant Manager – Connections

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective domestic customers on the process of applying for new connection, providing application forms and prerequisite documents.
• Perform basic checks on completeness of application forms and ensure required documents are submitted.
• Forward documents for generation of CC&B ID.
• Assist in initiating physical survey of sites for new connections and submit survey reports to the zonal manager.
• Assist in conducting physical survey of existing domestic customers’ reconnection requests.
• Assist in scrutiny of documents for both existing and new connection requests.
• Assist in generating demand notes for new connections and handing over the demand note to customers for payments.
• Process applications for shifting meter location on the same premises of the customer.
