We are looking for an Assistant Manager to provide excellent support to our Leadership Team, build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. You will furnish our Leadership Team, as well as customers, with above-and-beyond service to ensure a memorable and genuine experience. The goal is to sponsor a helpful image by honoring requests and to achieve high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator. You are passionate, detail-oriented and self-motivated and able to work without any pressure. Must have good knowledge of guest service, always focused and a good team player. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. You should understand the Executives and customers’ needs and develop plans to address them.
